• Nationality: Indian citizens are eligible for admission to the Karnataka NEET 2024. NRI applicants can apply for NRI quota places.
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 2nd PUC / Class 12 / or an equivalent exam with a minimum score of 50%. The minimum score required for candidates in the reserved category is 40%.
• Subjects studied: Students must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.
• Domicile: Students must belong to the Karnataka domicile to apply for admission to the Karnataka MBBS 2024- 25. Students outside of Karnataka can apply for open and other quota places in private colleges. Karnataka domicile students can apply for admission to the Karnataka MBBS 2024- 25 in government seats based on the following criteria.
• Applicants who have studied in Karnataka for a minimum period of seven years at an institution recognized by the government or the government are admitted.
• Candidates who have passed 11th and 12th places from Karnataka and whose parents have studied in Karnataka for seven years are eligible.
• Applicants and both parents who are native speakers of Kannada, Tulu or Kodava are eligible. Such candidates must present themselves in the Kannada language test.
• Defense son / daughter staff that passed 11th and 12th grade from Karnataka is eligible.
