MD/MS Entrance Exam
NEET-PG is a single window entrance examination for PG Courses. No other entrance examination, either at state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD / MS / PG Diploma Courses as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 w.e.f. Admission Session 2023 National Board of Examinations has been notified by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India to conduct NEET-PG on an All-India Basis for admission to various MD/ MS and PG Diploma Courses at various Medical Colleges and Institutions of the country
NBE shall be conducting NEET-PG as a Computer Based Test (CBT) from 5th March 2023 at test centres located in 46 cities across the country
While NEET-PG-2023 is being conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE); admissions to 50% seats in Govt. Medical Colleges will be filled by the Medical Council Committee (MCC) and the remaining 50% seats will be filed by the State Govt. or an Authority appointed by them
Besides, in private and deemed Medical Colleges, 50% of the total seats will be filled by the State Govt. or the Authority appointed by them, and the remaining 50% seats will be filled by the Medical College on the basis of NEET PG merit list

NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) is one of the most sought national level examination for year 2023. The test is conducted and regulated by the CBSE. The test commenced for granting the admission to MBBS and BDS courses offered by various institutions across the country.
NOTE: As per the govt. ordinance, the NEET 2023 Examination will be held as a single-window examination for admission to MBBS/BDS courses across the country.
