- The candidates will also have to upload relevant documents viz, Category Certificate, Class X certificate, Class XII marksheet, NEET 2023 Rank Card, Photograph, PWD certificate, etc. These will be verified ONLINE.
- All candidates who are found eligible after document verification will be able to fill, change, reorder and delete their choices of courses/institutes as per their preference as per notified schedule. Candidates are advised to LOCK their choices after they are satisfied with their Choice Filling. However, once locked, candidates will not be able to unlock or change the choices.
- Filling of choices for the online counselling will be allowed only once during the scheduled period. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill their choices in this period without fail to be considered for seat allotment in both the rounds.
- Candidates can fill as many choices as they desire.

- Lower Age Limit: For Candidates of General (UR)/General-EWS,SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD Category – born on or before 31.12.2006
- The candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology at the qualifying examination as mentioned in the Regulations of NMC.
- In addition, they must have got a rank in the merit list of NEET (UG) – 2024 for admission to Undergraduate Medical Courses.
- In respect of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes, or Other Backward Classes (NCL), the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology are taken together in the qualifying examination shall be 40% marks instead of 50% marks for Unreserved and General-EWS Candidates.
- In respect of PwBD candidates as per NMC Regulations, the minimum marks in the qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology taken together shall be 40% instead of 50%. Admission will be made strictly based on rank /merit obtained in NEET UG2024.
