NEET counselling 2024
Based on AIR, the authority prepares the NEET merit list, indicating the rank-wise names of candidates who have qualified for the exam. The merit list is then forwarded to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of MCC for conducting NEET counselling for 15% AIQ, seats in deemed/central universities, ESIC, AFMS, and central pool seats.
Respective state counselling authorities allot the remaining 85% state quota seats in government colleges based on the scores and rank secured in NEET examination.
